It is a rebrandable solution — clients may add their business logo to personalise the experience — while the assistant’s structure, functionality, and core setup remain the intellectual property of Bright Content Solutions.

3. Branding & Licensing

Clients purchasing Just Book It Mate! are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the assistant for their own business purposes.

Branding Permissions:

  • Permitted: Add your business logo.

  • Not Permitted: Modify visual styling, colours, or assistant layout.
  • Not Permitted: Resell, sublicense, or distribute the assistant.

4. Data Privacy & GDPR

Bright Content Solutions does not collect, store, or process any personal data from users of Just Book It Mate!. All booking-related data is collected and processed exclusively through the Client’s own Calendly account and compatible hosting environment.

Clients are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring their Calendly and chosen hosting platform comply with UK GDPR.
  • Including appropriate privacy notices and obtaining user consent where applicable.
  • Managing and maintaining secure access to any personal data collected via these platforms.

Bright Content Solutions bears no liability for GDPR breaches related to third-party platforms or Client mismanagement.

5. Hosting Requirements

To operate Just Book It Mate!, clients must:

  • Have an active Calendly account (free or paid tier).
  • Use the compatible web host we recommend that is capable of deploying static sites.
  • Follow the provided setup documentation to deploy and maintain their assistant.

Support is included during onboarding. Clients are responsible for managing access, uptime, and any future hosting costs through their selected platform. Bright Content Solutions is not liable for service changes, interruptions, or charges imposed by third-party providers.

6. Payment Terms
